Return & Refund Policy
At Punisha, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to providing you with exquisite, high-quality jewellery that you will love and cherish. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return process.
We have a 7-day easy return policy for all eligible products, starting from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including the box, pouches, and any other inclusions.
- All original tags and labels must be intact and attached to the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
- Nose Pins (Naths) and Toe Rings.
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
- Items purchased during a clearance sale or marked as "Final Sale."
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is simple. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: To begin the process, please email our customer care team at punishacreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your Order ID and the reason for your return in the email.
- Schedule Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address at no extra cost to you. Our courier partner will typically collect the package within 3-5 business days.
- Package Your Item: Please pack the jewellery securely in its original box to prevent any damage during transit. Ensure the original invoice is included in the package.
- Handover: Hand the package over to the courier executive once they arrive.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item at our facility, it will undergo a quality check.
- Quality Check: Our team will inspect the jewellery to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- Refund Initiation: After the quality check is successfully completed, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Mode of Refund:
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited directly to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will send a secure link to your registered mobile number and email address. You can use this link to provide your bank account or UPI details to receive the refund.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, in the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please follow this process:
- Notify Us Immediately: Please contact our customer care team at punishacreations@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-93210-43331 within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide Unboxing Video: To process a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a complete and unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the item inside. This is a crucial step that helps us verify the claim and take immediate action.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product or offer a full refund to your original payment method, based on your preference.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend you initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the item you want.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at punishacreations@gmail.com with your Order ID within 24 hours of placing the order. We can only process cancellations for orders that have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
